探索专业教师深度指导学生就业模式--以银行就业学生为例

Exploring the employment mode of professional teachers'in-depth guidance to students-Taking students employed in banks as an example

随着我国高校毕业生数量不断创历史新高,毕业生能否顺利就业,以及就业质量优劣,与高校的生源质量及声誉地位有着莫大的关联,因此学生就业已成为我国高校的重要工作。在解决毕业生就业问题上,具有工作经验的“双师型”教师,凭借他们对行业、对社会的熟悉,在指导学生就业方面,有着其他教师难以替代的作用。为此,除了让专业教师教导学生专业知识以外,充分发挥他们在新生引导、就业指导、往届生跟踪等方面的作用,具有一定的现实意义。文章以在银行就业的毕业生为研究案例,探讨高校的专业教师如何在学生入学伊始至毕业前夕,乃至学生日后的职业生涯中建立深度指导模式,探索学生就业指导工作新方式。此举有助于让毕业生少走弯路,及早成长为单位中坚力量,并为母校在招生、实习交流、学生就业等方面贡献力量,形成校友成功、反哺母校、应届受益的良性循环局面。

With the number of college graduates hitting a record high,students'employment has become a vital task in colleges and universities in China.In solving the problem of students'employment issue,professional teachers who had previous working experience,rel-ying on their familiarity with the industry and society,have room for greater achievements in guiding students'employment.Giving full play to the role of professional teachers in freshman guidance,graduate guidance and former students tracking,can significantly improve the effi-ciency of students'employment guidance in colleges and universities.By discussing how professional teachers in colleges and universities conduct in-depth tracking guidance from the beginning of students'enrollment to the eve of their graduation,and even former students'fu-ture professional career,it is helpful to innovate the way of students'employment guidance of higher education.Besides,this move can make graduates and former students take fewer detours,and then grow as the backbone of their organizations as soon as possible.Thus they can better contribute to the alma mater in enrollment,internship arrangement and fresh graduates’employment,for forming a virtuous circle of strong alumni networks,powerfully feeding back to the alma mater and benefiting the fresh graduates’employment.Eventually this attempt would be instrumental in keeping the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
