工匠精神视域下高职院校技能型人才培养研究

Research on the cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of craftsman spirit

基于工匠精神的技能型人才培养是高职院校人才培养的重要目标和方向。高职院校在由工业大国向工业强国转型中提供人才支撑。目前,高职院校技能人才培养过程中面临一些因素的制约,对此,需从观念转变、投资力度、培养模式、德育教育等方面将工匠精神融入高职院校人才培养的全过程。

The cultivation of skilled talents based on craftsman spirit is an important goal and direction of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges provide talent support in the transition from an industrial country to an industrial power.At present,the training process of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges is restricted by some factors.Therefore,the craftsman spirit should be integrated into the whole process of talent training in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of concept change,investment,training mode and moral education.
