摘要 榆树田煤矿下_(5)煤层认定为煤与瓦斯突出煤层,煤巷掘进工作面采用定向长钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯区域防突措施。根据对相邻下_(5)煤层掘进工作面瓦斯赋存情况以及抽采半径考察,设计了110503运输巷顺层定向长钻孔预抽施工方案,抽采期间瓦斯平均浓度达到50%以上,钻场抽采量平均4.9 m^(3)/min,抽采后煤层残余瓦斯含量最高4.56 m^(3)/t,防突区域验证指标合格,保证了安全掘进,为煤层掘进工作面防止煤与瓦斯突出提供安全保障。 The lower_(5) coal seams of Yushutian Coal Mine are identified as coal and gas outburst coal seams,and the coal roadway excavation working face adopts directional long-drilling pre-draining coal roadway strip coal seam outburst prevention measures.According to the investigation of the gas occurrence and the extraction radius of the adjacent lower_(5) coal seam excavation working face,the pre-drainage construction plan of the 110503 transportation roadway along the layer with the directional long hole was designed.The average gas concentration during the extraction period reaches more than 50%,and the drilling site the average extraction volume was 4.9 m^(3)/min,and the maximum residual gas content of the coal seam after extraction was 4.56 m^(3)/t.The verification index of the outburst prevention area was qualified,which ensured safe excavation and prevents coal from gas highlights provide security.
