综放工作面采煤机机载帷幕降尘装置的研制与应用

Development and application of airborne curtain dust suppression device for shearer in fully-mechanized caving face

针对综放工作面采煤机割煤过程中现场空气中煤尘浓度大、影响作业人员身心健康的问题,对综放工作面采煤机落煤降尘方法进行了革新,研制出的采煤机机载帷幕新型降尘装置较好地解决了常规采用内外喷雾装置联合降尘效果不理想的问题。现场实践表明,该装置降尘效果明显,有效改善了现场作业环境,解决了采煤工作面降尘技术难题。

In view of the problem that the concentration of coal dust in the air is large and affects the physical and mental health of the workers during the coal cutting process of the fully-mechanized caving face,the method of falling coal and dust reduction by the shearer in the fully mechanized caving face was innovated.The new type of airborne curtain dust suppression device better solved the problem of unsatisfactory dust suppression effect of conventional use of internal and external spray devices.Field practice showed that the device had obvious dust reduction effect,effectively improved the field operation environment,and solved the technical problem of dust reduction in coal mining face.
