0至3岁婴幼儿托育机构的课程实施现状——基于厦门市示范托育机构调查数据的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了对婴幼儿照护服务工作提供可行、有效的建议,对厦门市三所示范托育机构的课程实施现状展开调查、分析,发现三所示范托育机构的理念基本符合《托育机构保育指导大纲(试行)》精神,强调“通过创设适宜环境,合理安排一日生活和活动,提供生活照料、安全看护、平衡膳食和早期学习机会,促进婴幼儿身体和心理的全面发展”。课程实施过程中三所托育机构遇到的困境是:虽然得到政府一定的经济补贴,但经营还是处在保本的状态,没有足够的资金对教师进行进一步的培训;教师流动性大,现有的工资对优秀的教师不具有足够的吸引力。建议政府应加大对教师继续教育的支持力度,且高等院校应在已有的教师教育经验上,加强0-3岁学前教师教育的课程建设,建构更为有效的教育培养模式,以满足一线对高质量教师的需求。 This article aims at providing feasible and effective advice for infants and toddlers care services.Based on the investigation and status analysis of the implementation of the curriculum in three model 0-3-year-old childcare institutions in Xiamen,it is found that the operating concept of these institutions are basically in line with the spirit of Guidelines for childcare institutions(Trial Implementation),whichemphasized that physical and psychology of infants and toddlers should be promoted comprehensively by creating the suitable environment and arranging appropriate daily life activities so as to provide sound life care,safety care,balanced diet and early educational opportunities.However,there are many difficulties in the implementation of the curriculum.In spite of the subsidies from the government,these institutions are still in a break-even state and thus don’t have enough funds for the further training of teachers.The faculty is in constant change because the current salary rate is not appealing to excellent teachers.It is suggested that the government should increase the support for teachers’continuous re-education and colleges and universities should strengthen the curriculum construction of preschool teachers’education based on the current teacher education and training experience to meet the demands for high-quality teachers.
