摘要
为提高弹丸涂胶落后的检测工艺,利用机器视觉技术,设计包含图像采集方式、局部阈值分割算法以及给出基于缺陷位置、几何和形状特征对其判定的方法。应用结果表明,该方法能准确实现涂胶缺陷的分割和判定。
In order to improve the detection process of the bulet gluing, the machine vision technology is used to design the image acquisition method, the local threshold segmentation algorithm and the judgment method based on the location,geometry and shape characteristics of the defect. The application shows that the method can accurately realize the segmentation and judgment of gluing defects.
