创造性劳动教育理念下拔尖创新人才早期培养实践研究

摘要 人工智能时代,基础性劳动教育将朝向创造性劳动教育发展。未来社会对学生的学习力、生活力、自治力及创造力都提出了新的要求,学生的劳动观念和劳动品质也将呈现新的样态。重庆市育才中学校传承陶行知先生的生活教育思想、创造教育思想、劳动教育思想,构建创造性劳动教育理念下拔尖创新人才早期培养的课程模式和框架,开辟人才早期培养路径。经过实践检验,学校拔尖创新人才早期培养成效和示范效应显著,丰富了新时代劳动教育内涵及实施途径,助推打造创新人才高地。 In the era of artificial intelligence,basic labor education will develop towards creative labor education.In the future,society will put forward new requirements for students'learning ability,living ability,self-driving force and creativity,and students'labor concept and labor quality will also show some new features.Following the old principal Tao Xingzhi's outlook on life education,creative education and labor education,Chongqing Yucai Secondary School has constructed the curriculum model and framework for the early training of top-notch innovative talents under the concept of creative labor education,and has opened up the path of early training of talents.It has been proved by practice that this model has achieved remarkable demonstrative results,enriched the connotation and implementation ways of labor education in the new era,and helped build a highland of innovative talents.
