中药抗类风湿性关节炎质量标志物的研究进展

Research Advances on Quality Markers of Chinese Materia Medica for Prevention and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthriti,RA)是一种反复发作的自身免疫性疾病,对患者的身心健康有极大的不良影响。中医药在对类风湿性关节炎的认识及诊治方面显示出明显优势,大量临床及实验研究已证实中药对类风湿性关节炎具有疗效明确,不良反应小的特点,防治类风湿性关节炎的中药研究成为自身免疫疾病研究领域的热点。对中药进行质量控制是保证中药发挥其效用价值的关键,也是中药现代化、科学化及世界化的根本保障,中药质量标志物的提出,进一步明确了中药质量标准和控制方法,为促进治疗类类风湿性关节炎中药新药研发,保证临床用药的安全性、有效性提供了研究思路。通过查阅资料和文献,对中药抗类风湿性关节炎质量标志物的研究进行综述和总结,并对此类中药的质量标志物进行预测,为抗类风湿性关节炎的中药研究和进一步开发提供科学依据。

Rheumatoid arthriti(RA)is a recurrent autoimmune disease and has a great negative impact on the patients'physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown advantages in the understanding and diagnosis of RA.A large number of clinical and experimental studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine has definite effects on RA,with clear curative effects and few side effects.Chinese materia medica(CMM)research on prevention and treatment of RA has become a focus in autoimmune research.The quality control of CMM is the key factor to ensure the value of CMM,and it is also the fundamental guarantee for the modernization,scientization and globalization of CMM.The proposal of quality markers of CMM further clarifies the quality standards and control methods of CMM,and provides research ideas for promoting the research and development of new CMM for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical medicines.By consulting relevant information and literature,the research of CMM for the treatment of RA was reviewed and summarized,and the quality markers of this type of CMM were predicted,which provided a certain reference for the research and further development of this type of Chinese medicine.
