Research Progress on Application of Pulse Wave Theory in Cardiovascular Disease

脉搏波包含着人体重要的生理病理信号,可以早期反应心血管功能变化,通过早期干预可有效延缓心血管事件链的进展,一直是近年心血管领域的研究热点。首先探究了脉搏波理论的起源和发展,其次阐述了脉搏波的形成机制,并对脉搏波的探测方法做了简明概括,最后总结了基于脉搏波信号的心血管检测指标和应用领域。虽然历代研究者都做出了不懈努力,但包含了丰富生理病理信息的脉搏波信号还有待挖掘,以期能更好地服务于临床研究。

Pulse wave contains important physiological and pathological signals of the human body,which can reflect the changes of cardiovascular function at an early stage.Early intervention can effectively delay the progression of cardiovascular event chain,which has been a research hotspot in the cardiovascular field in recent years.Firstly,the origin and development of pulse wave theory were explored,followed by the formation mechanism of pulse wave,and the detection methods of pulse wave were summarized briefly.Finally,the indicators and application fields of cardiovascular detection based on pulse wave signal were summarized.Although successive researchers have made unremitting efforts,the pulse wave signal containing rich physiological and pathological information has yet to be excavated in order to better serve the clinical research.
