血脂康胶囊辅助治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的疗效及对血管内皮功能、心脏功能的影响

Effect of Xuezhikang Capsule(血脂康胶囊)in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Vascular Endothelial Function and Heart Function

目的探讨血脂康胶囊辅助治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的疗效及对血管内皮功能、心脏功能的影响。方法选择2018年11月—2019年8月医院收治的冠心病患者106例,按照随机数字的方法将全部患者分为对照组和观察组各53例,对照组患者入院后给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予患者血脂康胶囊。对比两组治疗前后的血管内皮功能[血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)]、心脏功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张末期左室内径(LVEDD)、收缩末期左室内径(LVSDD)、二尖瓣心室充盈早期血流速度峰值/晚期心室充盈心房收缩血流速度峰值比值(E/A)]。对比两组治疗过程中的安全性以及治疗效果。结果两组治疗前的ET-1、NO、LVEDD、LVSDD、LVEF、E/A、心功能分级数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的ET-1、LVEDD、LVSDD、心功能分级均降低,NO、LVEF、E/A均增高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后ET-1、LVEDD、LVSDD、心功能分级低于对照组,NO、LVEF、E/A高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中出现各类不良反应的比例数据差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用血脂康胶囊联合西医常规方法治疗冠心病患者,有助于改善血管内皮功能以及心脏功能,安全性良好,提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xuezhikang Capsule(血脂康胶囊)on coronary heart disease and its influence on vascular endothelial function and heart function.Methods A total of 106 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to August 2019 were selected.According to the random number method,all patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment after admission,and the observation group was given Xuezhikang Capsule on the basis of the control group.The levels of vascular endothelial function[plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),plasma nitric oxide(NO)],cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),end diastolic left ventricular diameter(LVEDD)before and after treatment,the left ventricular diameter at the end of systole(LVSDD),the peak value of mitral valve ventricular filling early peak blood flow rate/late ventricular filling atrial systolic blood flow peak ratio(E/A)]were compared.The safety and effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in ET-1,NO,LVEDD,LVSDD,LVEF,E/A and cardiac function grading data before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the ET-1,LVEDD,LVSDD and cardiac function grades of both groups were decreased,and levels of NO,LVEF and E/A were all increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1,LVEDD,LVSDD and cardiac function levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of NO,LVEF and E/A were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the proportion of various adverse reactions during the treatment(P>0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Xuezhikang Capsule combined with conventional Western medicine treatment of patients with coronary heart disease is helpful to improve vascular endothelial function and heart function.It has good safety and enhances the treatment effect.
