摘要
针对乒乓球运动时乒乓球散落满地的情况,设计了一种新型栅格式自动乒乓球拾取机。该拾取机采用OpenMV进行视觉识别,通过STM32F407进行运动控制、拾取、显示,能够对场地中散乱的乒乓球进行快速识别并进行拾取,实现栅格挤压式拾取与后方收集仓的结合,具有结构稳定、捡拾效率高的优点。该拾取机能够实现乒乓球的捡拾和收集回仓功能,代替传统的人工捡拾器,节省了人力,提高了捡拾效率。
According to the situation that table tennis is scattered all over the ground,a new grid type automatic table tennis picker is designed. The picking machine uses OpenMV for visual recognition,and STM32F407 for motion control,picking and display. It can quickly identify and pick up scattered table tennis in the field,and realize the combination of grid extrusion picking and rear collection bin. It has the advantages of stable structure and high picking efficiency. The picking machine can realize the functions of picking up and collecting the table tennis balls,replace the traditional manual picking up machine,save manpower and improve the picking efficiency.
