摘要 欧洲新车评价规程Euro NCAP最早将儿童保护纳入评价体系,具有更全面更严苛的车辆安全标准。解读了最新版本Euro NCAP儿童保护评价规程,主要分为动态试验、基于车辆评估和儿童约束系统安装评价3个部分,并针对相关评价要求分析其设计准则方法。Euro NCAP作为具有较高影响力的新车评价机构,研究评价规程及其设计准则对完善车辆儿童保护安全设计和提高儿童乘员乘车安全性都有着比较现实的指导意义。 The European New Car Assessment Programme(Euro NCAP)has carried out a child occupant safety assessment since very early,with more comprehensive and stringent vehicle safety standards.This paper interprets the latest version of Euro NCAP child occupant protection assessment,which is mainly divided into 3 parts,including dynamic performance,vehicle based assessment and installation of child restraints,and the design methods are analyzed according to the relevant assessment requirements.As a highly influential new car assessment organization,it makes a lot of sense to research the assessment and design criteria for improving the vehicle safety design of Child Occupant Protection(COP)and the child occupant safety.
