Innovation in the Training of Cross-border E-commerce Talents for Higher Vocational Education in the New Retail Era

跨境电子商务是电子商务的新类型,成为传统产业发展的新方向。在新商业时代,跨境电商人才数量和质量需求大幅攀升,由此给高职教育人才培养带来新的机遇和挑战。本文阐述了跨境电商人才培养的内涵,分析了高职教育跨境电商人才培养的缺失,提出了专业设计与调整、产教融合与多元、“双师”建设与改革、国际化构建与提升等针对性的创新策略。

Cross-border e-commerce is a new type of e-commerce and has become a new direction for the development of traditional industries. This paper explains the connotation of cross-border e-commerce talent training, analyzes the lack of cross-border e-commerce talent training, and puts forward the strategies of professional design and adjustment, integration and diversification of production and education, “double division” construction and reform, internationalization construction and improvement.
