民办高校师德师风建设现状及对策研究——以四川省民办高校为例

师德师风建设是民办高校生存与发展的灵魂,是民办高校建设高素质教师队伍的首要基石,也关系到民办高校教师自身职业发展的高度。民办高校师德师风问题已引起社会的普遍关注。本文结合四川省民办高校师德师风建设的实际,从学校层面、教师层面和社会环境等方面的现状出发,提出有针对性的策略,以培养一支高素质教师队伍,从而推动民办高校师德师风建设,提高民办高校的核心竞争力。

The construction of teachers’ ethics and style is the soul of the survival and development of private colleges and universities. It is the primary cornerstone of the construction of high-quality teachers in private colleges and universities, and also relates to the height of the professional development of private college teachers. The problem of teachers’ ethics in private colleges and universities has aroused widespread concern. Based on the actual situation of the construction of teachers’ ethics and ethics in private colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures to train a team of high-quality teachers, so as to promote the construction of teachers’ ethics and ethics in private colleges and universities and improve their core competitiveness.
