摘要
在创新型技能技术人才产生较大缺口的背景下,高职院校要致力于有效培养高职学生工匠精神,以良好的意识形态引领学生深耕专业领域和不断突破,令他们成为具有市场竞争优势的人才。高职院校要围绕爱岗敬业、创新精神、精益求精、专注和笃定四个品质,设计工匠精神培养的具体策略。即专业教学与产业深度融合,构建实战性强的多元化育人模式。发挥产教融合多样作用,创建多维的工匠精神培养空间。依托产业经营和管理平台,引导学生深度理解工匠精神内涵。
Higher vocational colleges should design specific strategies for the cultivation of craftsmanship around the four qualities of love for work,innovation,excellence,concentration and determination.That is,make a deep integration of professional teaching and industry to build a diversified education model with strong practicality.It is aimed to give full play to the diverse functions of the integration of production and education,and create a multi-dimensional space for the cultivation of craftsmanship,rely on the industrial operation and management platform,and guide students to deeply understand the spiritual connotation of craftsmen.
