学生职业能力培养背景下的高校教改措施探究

An Exploration on the Educational Reform Measures in Universities under the Background of Students’ Vocational Ability Training

职业能力事关学生在未来就业市场中的竞争力以及学生发展水平,所以高校需要从培养学职业能力的视角出发,构建教改体系,保证教改工作的顺利推进,以提高学生职业能力,确保学生适应就业市场。本文主要分析了高校学生职业能力培养的必要性,探究了高校教改措施,希望为高校提升教改水平提供一定的指导。

Vocational ability is related to the competitiveness of students in the future employment market and their development level, so universities need to build a teaching reform system from the perspective of cultivating vocational ability to ensure the smooth progress of teaching reform, so as to improve students’ vocational ability and ensure that students adapt to the employment market. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of vocational ability training and explores the teaching reform measures, hoping to improve the level of teaching reform.
