志愿服务对旅游类高职院校职业素质能力培养的价值研究

Research on the Value of Voluntary Service to the Cultivation of Vocational Quality and Ability in Tourism Higher Vocational Colleges

随着新一轮教育改革的落实,职业院校越来越重视实践课程,对于旅游类专业学生而言,以志愿服务为途径,参与到社会实践中,不但可丰富学生的业余生活,还能强化学生社会适应力和交际能力,促进学生职业素质能力的提升。为此,本文分析志愿服务对于旅游类专业学生职业素质能力培养的价值,并提出具体的实施对策和建议,以供参考。

With the implementation of a new round of education reform, vocational colleges pay more and more attention to practical courses. For students majoring in tourism, taking voluntary service as the way to participate in social practice can not only enrich students’ spare time life, but also strengthen students’ social adaptability and communication ability, and promote the improvement of students’ professional quality and ability. Therefore, this paper analyzes the value of volunteer service for the cultivation of professional quality and ability of students majoring in tourism, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for reference.
