教育生态学视角下的高职会计类专业技能人才培养模式

摘要 教育生态学视角下的高职院校会计类专业技能人才培养模式,为教育教学带来了新兴的理念和广阔的教育平台,还为社会发展提供大量的专业性人才,在研究高职专业技能培养模式构建上发挥着重要作用。本文以教育生态教学为切入点,先简析了其运用的几项原则,然后就传统高职会计类专业技能人才培养模式的弊端展开分析,最后从明晰生态位贯彻应用型发展理念、塑造生态链构建多主体互通链条、推进“生态化-统筹生态圈”长效运行三个方面探究了实现路径。 The training mode of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of education ecology not only brings new ideas and broad education platform, but also provides a large number of professional talents for promoting social development, and plays an important role in studying the construction of higher vocational professional skills training mode. Taking the education ecological teaching as the exploration point, this paper briefly analyzes its principles, and then analyzes the disadvantages of traditional vocational accounting professional skills training mode. Finally, the realization path is explored from three aspects: clarifying ecological niche and implementing applied development concept, shaping ecological chain and constructing multi-subject interconnecting chain, and promoting the long-term operation of “ecological-overall ecological circle”.
