改进并加强高校党建,提升党建质量,直接关系到高校人才培养质量及办学水平。而提升高校党建质量是新时代我国高校办好社会主义大学的基本保障,是持续改进与加强高校党建工作的重要条件。因此在新时代背景下,高校需要明确党建工作的基本内涵,切实树立“品牌意识”,革新活动形式,提升高校党建的实效性与有效性。对此本文结合高校基层党建质量提升的意义,探究党建质量提升中所存在的问题,提出相应的应对策略和方法,以期凝练高校发展的内在驱动力,提升高校党建工作的成效。
