对青年马克思主义者的培养工作无论在任何时期都在我国的各项工作中处于非常重要的地位,同样对青年马克思主义者的培养也是高校思想政治教育中非常重要的内容,能够有效地促进思想政治教育相关工作的开展。高校是优秀青年集中的地方,因此在高校中培养一大批青年马克思主义者是高校思想政治工作中非常重要的内容,同时也是青马工程在高校中开展的目的。因此,本文将会对新时代下高校青年马克思主义者培养的长效机制构建进行研究,以期能够为这一方面的工作提供更多的依据。

The training of young Marxists is very important in our country’s work no matter in any period.Similarly,the training of young Marxists is also a very important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which can effectively promote the development of ideological and political education related work.Colleges and universities are places where outstanding young people are concentrated,so it is very important to cultivate a large number of young Marxists in colleges and universities for ideological and political work,and it is also the purpose of the youth Marxism project in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper will study the long-term mechanism construction of young Marxists training in colleges and universities in the new era,in order to provide more basis for this aspect of work.
