摘要 针对优质茶叶高效智能化采摘需求,基于统计学思想,提出基于机采树冠培育与茶蓬面位置精准检测的优质茶叶采摘技术方案,研制4CJ-1200F智能采茶机。对茶蓬面检测系统、切割器自适应调节机构等关键机构与系统进行设计。该机能适应纵坡小于18°、横坡小于20°的茶园,适应的茶树高度为60~110 cm。田间试验表明:芽叶完整率平均值为67.2%,茶叶可制率平均值为90.4%,达到机采茶叶的标准。随着树冠培育技术的成熟,采摘质量将进一步得到提升。该机配合后期鲜叶分级设备,可适用于名优茶和大宗茶的生产,为解决当前茶叶采摘难题提供技术装备支撑。 In order to meet the demand of efficient and intelligent picking of high-quality tea leaves,the paper proposed a technical scheme of high-quality tea picking based on the cultivation of tree canopy and tea canopy precise detection,and developed a 4CJ-1200F intelligent tea picking machine.The key mechanism and system such as tea canopy surface detection system and cutter adaptive adjusting mechanism were designed.With excellent performance and a certain level of intelligence,the machine can be controlled remotely,adapt to the tea garden with longitudinal slope less than 18°and transverse slope less than 20°,and be suitable for tea tree height of 60-110 cm.Preliminary field experiments showed that the average integrity rate of bud and leaf was 67.2%,and the average yield of tea was 90.4%,which met the standard of mechanized tea picking.As crown cultivation technology matures,the quality of tea picking with the machine will be further improved.This machine,combined with fresh tea leaf grading equipment,can be applied to the production of famous and high-quality tea,and bulk tea,providing technical equipment support for solving the current tea picking problems.
