气吸双层滚筒式育秧播种流水线设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 为降低播种动力消耗,提高播种质量,适应杂交水稻精量育秧播种农艺要求,优化改进气吸双层滚筒式育秧播种流水线,设计一种气吸双层滚筒式排种器。阐述该排种器的工作原理、关键部件结构及参数设计,通过对排种过程的种子进行受力分析,确定播种质量与排种器转速以及吸孔负压的关系。选取合格率和重播率为试验指标,振动频率、排种器转速以及吸孔负压作为试验因素进行中心复合试验。试验结果表明:当振动频率为51.8 Hz、排种器转速为8 r/min及吸孔负压为3.4 kPa时,平均合格率为93.21%,平均重播率为3.97%,该排种器能够满足播种要求。 In order to reduce the power consumption of sowing,improve the sowing quality and meet the agronomic requirements of precision seedling raising and sowing of hybrid rice,in this paper,the air suction double-layer cylinder seedling raising and sowing line was optimized and improved,and an independent air suction double-layer cylinder seedling raising and sowing device was designed.The working principle of the seeding device,the structure of key components and parameter design were described.The relationship between seeding quality and rotating speed of seed metering device and suction hole negative pressure was determined by force analysis of seeds in the process of seeding.The central composite test was carried out with qualified rate and repetition rate as experimental indexes,using vibration frequency,rotaing speed of seed metering device and suction hole negative pressure parameters as test factors.The results showed that the average qualified rate was 93.21%and the average repeat seeding rate was 3.97%when the vibration frequency was 51.8 Hz,the rotating speed of seed metering device was 8 r/min and suction hole negative pressure parameter 3.4 kPa.The seed sowing device could satisfy the requirements of hybrid rice seedling and sowing.
