摘要
为了提高矿热炉控制系统的可靠性,同时节省成本,提出了一种西门子PLC软冗余系统在矿热炉生产中应用的方法。概述了西门子PLC软冗余系统的结构和工作原理。介绍了矿热炉的主要设备和工艺。以系统应用为目标,建立系统网络架构,编写PLC程序,组态上位机软件,运行系统并分析系统性能。现场运行结果和性能分析结果表明,该系统安全稳定,可靠性高,性价比高,满足矿热炉连续生产的控制需求。
In order to improve the reality of submerged arc furnace control system and reduce costs,a method of the application of SIEMENS PLC system with software redundancy in submerged arc furnace production is proposed.The structure and working principle of software redundancy system are outlined.The main equipment and techniques of submerged arc furnace are introduced briefly.Aiming at the application of this system,the system network architecture is established,the PLC program is written,the HMI is configured,the system is operated and its performance is analyzed.The field operation and performance analysis results prove that this system which is safe,stable,highly reliable and cost-effective,meets the control needs of continuous production of submerged arc furnace.
