A scheme for managing external grounding wires in substations is introduced.The scheme is applicable to the error prevention safety control of the whole process from the borrowing of grounding wire from the operation and maintenance center to the hanging and dismantling of substation under the management mode of centralized placement of grounding wire in the operation and maintenance center.The external grounding wire of the substation is connected to the microcomputer error prevention system at the station end for unified error prevention control,so as to effectively prevent the arbitrary use,non-standard management,unclear destination and other problems of the external grounding wire.
