摘要
为了对车载高压电缆的剩余寿命进行评估,提出了一种基于EA寿命模型和模糊层次分析法的寿命评估方法。选取绝缘电阻、介质损耗及拉伸强度三种参量作为评估车载电缆服役可靠性及剩余寿命的特征参数,通过模糊层级分析法对以上参数施加权重,最后通过EA模型拟合可推算出车载高压电缆的剩余寿命。
In order to evaluate the residual life of vehicle high-voltage cable,a life evaluation method based on EA life model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed in this paper.Insulation resistance,dielectric loss and tensile strength are selected as the characteristic parameters to evaluate the service reliability and residual life of on-board cables.The above parameters are weighted by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the residual life of vehicle high-voltage cable can be calculated by EA model fitting.
