摘要
针对目前部分运行时间较久的换流站直流换流阀冷却系统中阀外冷水系统中的核心设备——闭式冷却塔,由于换热元器件老化、机械损伤、盘管结垢等问题,存在不同程度的换热性能下降的情况,开展了换流站闭式冷却塔应急辅助风冷装置的研究,设计了一套闭式冷却塔应急辅助风冷装置,并将该装置用于某换流站进行了换热性能试验验证。实践证明,设计的闭式冷却塔应急辅助风冷装置具有现场安装便捷、替代故障风机后冷却塔换热效果恢复迅速等优点,值得推广。
For the closed cooling tower of the core equipment in the external water cooling system of the DC converter valve cooling system of some converter stations that have been running for a long time,there are differences due to the aging of heat exchange components,mechanical damage,and coil fouling.The degree of heat transfer performance decreases.Based on this,the research on the emergency auxiliary air cooling device of the closed cooling tower of the converter station was carried out,and a set of emergency auxiliary air cooling device of the closed cooling tower was designed,and the device was used in a converter station to verify the heat exchange performance test.Facts have proved that the designed closed cooling tower emergency auxiliary air-cooling device has the advantages of convenient on-site installation and rapid recovery of the cooling tower′s heat exchange effect after replacing the faulty fan.It has great practical value and the value of popularization and application in other converter stations.faulty fan.It has great practical value and the value of popularization and application in other converter stations.
