摘要
通过GIS断路器动作特性试验可有效发现GIS操动机构和控制回路的故障隐患,及时排查断路器内部缺陷。在现场不同停电方式下,断路器所在间隔双端带电时2把接地刀闸均属于安全措施范围,形成双端接地状态,导致GIS断路器机械动作特性试验无法顺利开展。针对性分析了双端接地条件下断路器与接地刀闸组成的回路特点,基于电磁感应原理提出了双端接地条件下的GIS断路器动作特性试验方法,利用感应电动势信号进行动作特性时间检测。以110~500 kV的GIS断路器为测试对象,将所提双端接地的方法与传统的单侧悬空测试方法进行对比和分析,结果显示双端接地方法满足现场试验和工程实际的需求。
Through the action characteristic test of GIS circuit breaker,the hidden trouble of GIS operating mechanism and control circuit can be effectively found,and the internal defects of the circuit breaker can be checked in time.Under different power failure modes on site,when the double ends of the interval where the circuit breaker is located are charged,the two grounding knife switches belong to the scope of safety measures,forming a double end grounding state,resulting in the failure of the mechanical action characteristic test of GIS circuit breaker.In this paper,the characteristics of the circuit composed of circuit breaker and grounding knife switch under the condition of double terminal grounding are analyzed.Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,the action characteristic test method of GIS circuit breaker under the condition of double terminal grounding is proposed,and the action characteristic time is detected by using the induced electromotive force signal.Taking 110~500 kV GIS circuit breaker as the test object,the double terminal grounding method proposed in this paper is compared and analyzed with the traditional single side suspension test method.The results show that the double terminal grounding method can meet the needs of field test and engineering practice.
