绝缘子的作用是支撑导线,确保导线与杆塔、大地之间有足够安全距离。保证健康绝缘子片数符合设计要求对于输电线路安全稳定运行有着重大的意义,因此及时更换零值绝缘子十分必要。针对目前更换绝缘子的卡具操作复杂、工作效率低、无法通用多种型号绝缘子的问题,研制了一种新型更换绝缘子装置。

The function of insulator is to support the conductor,which ensures that there is enough safe distance between the conductor and the tower and the earth.Ensuring that the number of healthy insulators meets the design requirements is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.Therefore,it is necessary to replace zero value insulators in time.Aiming at the problems of complex operation and low efficiency of the current fixture for replacing insulators,a novel insulator replacement device is developed.
