摘要
针对聚丙烯拉丝料S1003在加工生产时滤网堵塞频繁的问题,采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、X射线荧光光谱仪和偏光显微镜等对3种聚丙烯拉丝料和滤网截留物进行了分析研究。结果表明:3种聚丙烯拉丝料中灰分含量相差不大,但滤网截留物灰分含量较大;S1003和滤网截留物在240℃熔融状态时存在大量的不熔物,导致滤网堵塞频繁。
Because the filter screen is frequently blocked during the polypropylene wire drawing material S1003 processing and production,three kinds of polypropylene wire drawing materials and filter screen intercepts were analyzed and studied by gel permeation chromatograph,differential scanning calorimeter,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and polarizing microscope.The results show that the difference in ash content among the three kinds of polypropylene wire drawing materials is little,but the ash content of the filter screen intercepts is large.When S1003 and filter screen intercepts are molten at 240℃,there are a large number of non-melt matters,resulting in frequent filter screen blockage.
