摘要
新冠肺炎疫情之下,实行封闭式管制的城市社区催生了社区团购活动。本研究聚焦新冠肺炎疫情期间武汉社区的团购活动,采用质化的方法,通过参与式观察和深度访谈探究团购志愿者和居民如何利用社交媒体进行社区传播和治理活动、线上和线下行为的共同作用下建构了怎样的人际关系。研究发现,居民关系强度借助社交媒体完成由弱到强的转化;团购微信群组基于社区地缘要素而创建和扩散,呈现出差序传播的格局;作为中心节点的志愿者自发管理社群,形成独特的信任机制,但也存在困境。
The COVID-19 epidemic gave rise to group purchase activities in some cities.This article focuses on the group ordering activities in Wuhan during the COVID-19 epidemic.It studies how the volunteers and residents used social media to communicate and govern in communities and what kind of personal relations were constructed through immersive observation and in-depth interview.The study finds that the resident relations changed from weak to strong with the help of social media.The WeChat groups were built and expanded based on the geographic elements of communities and showed differential order.Groups of volunteers where were at the core of communities formulated unique trust mechanism,but there were some problems too.
