水性环氧改性有机硅耐热防腐涂层制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用水性环氧改性有机硅树脂与磷铁粉、滑石粉,云母粉等填料及各种助剂,制备出一种耐热防腐涂层,采用SEM观察涂层耐热试验前后的微观形貌,利用电化学测量系统研究涂层耐热试验前后的腐蚀性能,采用IR检测涂层试验前后成分变化.结果表明:水性环氧改性有机硅耐热防腐涂层具有良好的耐高温腐蚀性能,可在250℃高温下长期使用. A heat-resistant and anticorrosive coating was prepared by using waterborne epoxy modified silicone resin,filler such as iron phosphorus powder,talc powder,mica powder and various additives,the micro morphology of the coating before and after heat resistance test was observed by SEM,the corrosion properties of the coating before and after heat resistance test were studied by electrochemical measurement system,IR was used to detect the composition changes of the coating before and after the test,The results show that,waterborne epoxy modified silicone heat-resistant and anticorrosive coating has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time at 250℃.
