摘要
为保证钢结构连接与使用的安全可靠,钢结构工程利用其高栓面之间的摩擦力有效控制构件的相对滑动,本文对目前钢结构高栓连接面的增摩涂层技术进行了总结,利用AlMg5合金丝、ZnAl15合金丝或AlMgRe合金丝通过超音速电弧喷涂工艺制备了热喷涂金属涂层的增摩涂层,在保证金属涂层增摩性能的同时,显著提高了整个增摩涂层的防腐效果,结合行业内最新技术研究成果,指出面对钢结构工程市场新的需求,钢结构连接面热喷涂金属涂层增摩技术将成为行业重要的应用与发展方向.
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the connection and use of steel structures,steel structure engineering uses the friction between the high bolt surfaces to effectively control the relative sliding of components.This paper summarizes the current friction-enhancing coating technology for high bolt connection surfaces of steel structures.The friction-increasing coating of thermally sprayed metal coating was prepared by using AlMg5 alloy wire,ZnAl15 alloy wire or AlMgRe alloy wire by supersonic arc spraying process.Based on the latest technical research results in the industry,it is pointed out that in the face of the new needs of the steel structure engineering market,the thermal spraying metal coating friction increase technology on the steel structure connection surface will become an important application and development direction of the industry.
