开发了一种适用于行走式开关门机器人面涂喷涂线的新式车门固定工装,车身喷涂完毕后工装能自行将车门固定,确保车门在涂装车间输送线运行的过程中(如直行、急停、旋转、移行及烘干炉上下坡等情况下)始终保持关闭状态,防止车门甩开碰伤漆面,影响涂装品质.
A brief introduction to the development of a door fixed tooling for automobile pain ting.A new door fixed tooling suitable for the surface coating and spraying line of walking door opening and closing robot is developed.After the body is sprayed,the tooling can fix the door by itself to ensure that the door is always closed during the operation of the conveying line in the coating workshop(such as straight travel,emergency stop,rotation,moving and the uphill and downhill of the drying furnace),prevent the door from being thrown away and damaging the paint surface,which will affect the coating quality.
