石南油田注水储层结垢影响因素及阻垢效果评价研究 被引量:5

Study on Influencing Factors of Formation Scaling and Evaluation of Scale Inhibition Effect of Water Injection Reservoir in Shinan Oilfield

摘要 为预防石南油田注入水注入储层后结垢对生产造成的不利影响,文章应用Scale-Chem结垢预测软件对石南油田注入水与地层水混合水样的结垢趋势、结垢量及结垢垢型进行预测,通过室内静态实验研究了注入水与地层水的混合比、温度、压力及pH值等条件对结垢量的影响:石南油田混合水样结垢类型为碳酸钙垢,当混合比为9∶1时,碳酸钙的结垢量最大;随温度升高,碳酸钙的结垢量逐渐增加;随压力升高,碳酸钙的结垢量逐渐减少;随着pH值增大,碳酸钙的结垢量逐渐增加。针对该区块注入水与地层水混合水样的结垢垢型,开展了阻垢剂筛选及影响阻垢效果因素的实验研究,得到了该地区阻垢效果最好的阻垢剂及最佳使用浓度,文章的研究结果为预防石南油田注水储层的结垢,提出了指导性建议。 In order to prevent the adverse effects on production caused by scaling resulted from injection water in Shinan oilfield,Scale-Chem scaling prediction software is used to predict the scaling trend,amount and type of mixed water samples of injection water and formation water from Shinan oilfield in this paper.The effects of the mixing ratio of injected water to formation water,temperature,pressure and pH value on the amount of scaling were studied by static laboratory experiments.The scale type of mixed water samples in Shinan oilfield is calcium carbonate scale.When the mixed ratio is 9∶1,the scale amount of CaCO_(3) scaling reaches a maximum.With the increase of pressure,the amount of CaCO_(3) scaling gradually increases.With the increase of pressure,the scaling amount of CaCO_(3) decreases gradually.As the pH increases,the amount of CaCO_(3) scaling gradually increases.In view of the scale type of the mixed water samples of injected water and formation water in this block,the selection of scale inhibitors and the experimental research on the factors affecting the scale inhibition effect are carried out,and the best scale inhibition agent and the optimum concentration are obtained.The research results of this paper have important reference value for preventing the scaling of water injection reservoir in Shinan oilfield.
