摘要
苏里格是典型的低压、低产、低丰度“三低”气田,在开发过程中,必须对储层进行压裂试气,压裂完成后,需要采用放喷流程进行放喷排液、试气求产,在试气排液期间,通过点火的方式对排放出来的天然气进行燃烧处理,一定程度上造成资源浪费和二氧化碳等温室气体排放。为此,在试气过程中,设计并应用“湿气收集+高压分离+天然气回收”的放喷天然气回收工艺,对现场33口井进行天然气回收,同时分析了不同类型气井运行的各项参数,达到了天然气回收的目的。该工艺能够较好的处理排液初期的混合物,分离天然气达到进站集输的条件;在水平井和直定井运行效果均较好,水平井具有更好的经济效益;能够大量减少试气放喷二氧化碳排放并且有效满足苏里格气田不同井型试气放喷天然气的回收,实现较好的经济和环保效益。
Sulige Gas Field is a typical"three low"gas field with low pressure,low production and low abundance.During the development process,the reservoir must be fractured and tested for gas.After fracturing,the discharge flow is used to test the gas production.During the gas production test,the discharge natural gas is burned by ignition,which causes the waste of resources and the emission of CO_(2) and other greenhouse gases emissions to a certain extent.Therefore,in the process of gas test,the gas recovery process of moisture collection,high pressure separation and natural gas recovery was innovatively designed and applied to recover natural gas from 33 wells on site,and the operation parameters of different types of gas wells were analyzed,achieving the purpose of natural gas recovery.The process can better deal with the mixture at the initial stage of drainage,and the separation of natural gas can reach the conditions of gathering and transporting in the station.The operation effect in horizontal well and vertical well are both better,horizontal well has much better economic benefit.The CO_(2) emission from test gas injection can be greatly reduced and efficiently meet the recovery of different well types of test gas injection in Sulige gas field,achieving better economic and environmental benefits.
