摘要
在对片区排水体制、排水管网拓扑关系、排水户特征进行综合分析的基础上,划分监测诊断单元,结合在线监测和水质检测技术,开展城镇排水管网分区诊断工作,全面掌握排水管网系统的排放规律和水质状况。对获取的监测数据进行必要的清洗和校正,基于旱天水质水量平衡、旱雨天对比等分析技术,客观、定量、系统性诊断片区排水管网所存在的入流入渗问题,进而反映管网健康状况。针对各监测单元的健康程度进行排序,明确进一步检查和改造的片区优先级,在一定范围内抓住重点、节约投资,可作为城市排水管网周期性检查的重要技术手段,为开展针对性的管网修复和设施改造工作奠定基础。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the district drainage system,drainage pipe network topology,and drainage household characteristics,the monitoring and diagnosis units were divided.The urban drainage network zoning-diagnostic work were carried out and the real status of drainage law and water quality in drainage network were obtained by combing with water quantity and quality monitoring techniques.The obtained monitoring data were cleaned and corrected.Inflow and infiltration problems in the district drainage network were assessed objectively,quantitatively and systematically based on dry weather water quantity and quality balance,dry and rainy day comparative analysis and other analytical techniques,thus the health of the network was reflected.The health of each monitoring unit was sorted and the priorities of the area for further inspection and transformation were clarified.Seizing the focus within a certain range and saving investment can be used as an important technical means of urban drainage network periodic inspection,to lay the foundation for targeted network repair and facility renovation work.
