摘要
近年来,国内认知障碍人群的语言学研究逐渐受到关注。文章基于1991—2021年间Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的国外认知障碍老人自然对话研究文献,借助Rstudio环境下的Biblioshiny在线文献计量软件,梳理和归纳了国外认知障碍老年人群自然对话研究核心主题,重点阐述了交际策略、语篇分析、叙事、会话分析、综合语用和护理等主题的相关研究。论文期待国内学者能丰富亚太地区相关研究,开展跨学科合作,探索并完善符合中国国情的认知障碍老人自然对话研究范式。
In China, recent years have witnessed the growing interest in linguistic research of older adults with cognitive impairment. Via the help of online bibliometric analysis software Biblioshiny, the study sets out to conduct a visual knowledge mapping analysis of literature on situated discourse analysis of dementia with articles(1991—2021) from the Web of Science Core Collection. This study combs through the core themes on communication strategy research, discourse analysis, narrative analysis, conversation analysis, integrative pragmatic analysis, and nursing study. The present study expects domestic scholars to enrich related research in the Asia-Pacific region, develop interdisciplinary cooperation, and explore and improve a naturalistic conversation research paradigm for seniors with cognitive impairment that fits the China’s actual conditions.
