俄乌冲突中社交网络传播的伦理失范及反思

Ethical Anomie of Social Media Communication in Russia-Ukraine Conflict and Its Reflection

俄乌冲突是当下重大的国际热点事件,也成为移动互联网时代信息爆炸、全民参与、全程直播的新型社交网络事件。通过考察,我们发现社交网络关于该事件的传播存在明显的伦理失范现象,主要表现为新媒体技术引发的信息深度造假,媒介话语权争夺引发的信息传播偏向,媒介伦理缺失引发的虚假信息泛滥。由此,我们呼吁重视新媒体技术伦理,建立技术善治规范;关注媒介话语权平等,建立包容开放的国际话语体系;加强社交平台媒介伦理教育,建立平台主体责任制度。

The Russia-Ukraine conflict is a major international hot issue at present.It has also become a hot issue on the social media,which is known for information explosion,public participation and live broadcast in the era of mobile Internet.The author finds that there is an obvious anomie of communication ethics on the social media,which is shown in deep falsification of information caused by new media technology,information dissemination bias caused by discourse power competition,and flood of false information caused by lack of media ethics.Therefore,the article calls for attention to the ethics of new media technology and the norms of good governance of technology.It’s important to safeguard the equality of media discourse power and the inclusiveness and openness of international discourse system.It’s also advisable to strengthen media ethics education on social platforms and establish platform subject responsibility ethics.
