从肝肺两脏论治慢性支气管炎

慢性支气管炎是由于感染、非感染因素引起气管、支气管黏膜及其周围组织的,慢性非特异性炎症,冬春两季多发。传统中医多采用肺脾同治法治疗本病,忽略了治疗中肝在治疗本病的作用。根据中医整体观念,论述肝肺的关系对慢性支气管炎产生的重要影响,从而说明在慢性支气管炎的治疗过程中,应在治肺的基础上,加用疏肝解郁、滋阴养肝、清泻肝火的治疗方法,治疗效果更有效。

Chronic bronchitis is caused by infectious and non-infectious factors.It is a chronic nonspecific inflammation,which occurs frequently in winter and spring.Traditional Chinese medicine mostly uses the same treatment of lung and spleen to treat this disease,ignoring the role of liver in the treatment of this disease.According to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discussed the important influence of the relationship between liver and lung on chronic bronchitis,so as to explain that in the treatment process of chronic bronchitis,on the basis of treating lung,the treatment methods of soothing liver and relieving depression,nourishing Yin and nourishing liver,clearing and purging liver fire should be added,and the treatment effect is more effective.
