中风后偏瘫的针药治疗概况

Research Progress of Acupuncture and Medicine Treatment of Hemiplegia in Recovery Period after Stroke

脑卒中是一种急性脑血液循环障碍性疾病,是临床常见的脑血管疾病,出血性和缺血性是两种主要的临床分型,多种病因造成脑血管突然破裂或血管堵塞引起脑组织出现了缺血、缺氧甚至坏死等情况是发病的主要因素。近年来,随着中医学越来越受到国家及人民群众的重视,广大临床医家逐渐将针药疗法应用到中风后诸多后遗症的临床治疗当中,并获得了显著的疗效。通过对近年大量文献研究进行检索,并对针药治疗中风后恢复期偏瘫的研究进展作一综述。

Stroke is an acute disorder of cerebral blood circulation and a common cerebrovascular disease in clinic.Hemorrhagic and ischemic are the two main clinical types.Sudden rupture of cerebral vessels or vascular blockage caused by various causes,ischemia,hypoxia and even necrosis of brain tissue are the main factors.In recent years,with the increasing attention of the State and the people to traditional Chinese medicine,the majority of clinical doctors have gradually applied acupuncture and medicine therapy to treat many sequelae after stroke,and achieved remarkable curative effects.By searching a large number of literature studies in recent years,this paper summarized the research progress of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of convalescent hemiplegia after stroke.
