腰椎间盘突出症的中医康复护理效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨中医康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者干预效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年5月医院康复科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,按入组先后将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规康复护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取中医康复护理干预,评价两组干预前后JOA量表评分、临床疗效及睡眠质量PSQI评分。结果干预后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义;观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论中医康复护理干预能够缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛,提高疗效,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From March 2019 to May 2020,120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the outine rehabilitation nursing.The JOA scale score,clinical efficacy and sleep quality PSQI score were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation groupwas higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention can relieve pain,improve the curative effect andsleep quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
