四步教学法在中医高校儿科急诊教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究分析中医高校儿科急诊教学中采用四步教学法的教学效果与应用价值。方法按照研究排除纳入要求选取2019年6月—2020年6月内某中医高校同一年级同一学科的医学生共90例,医学生按照电脑输入数字随机抽取分组办法进行分组,其中45例作为对照组按照教案接受传统授课式教学,45例作为试验组接受四步教学法,对比不同方式的中医急诊学教学下学生的理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩、学习满意度、教学目标达标率。结果经不同方式教学后,两组学生教学达标率均较高,无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组学生理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩以及学习满意度均要高于传统授课对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医高校儿科急诊教学中应用四步教学法作为教学方法能够有效的提高学生在理论知识和实践操作知识方面的掌握程度,帮助学生进一步完善教学内容掌握率,同时四步教学法方式步骤清晰,学生对于知识的接受循序渐进,极大地提高了教学满意度,四步教学法应用效果理想,值得深入研究使用。 Objective To study and analyze the teaching effect and application value of four-step teaching method in pediatric emergency teaching in TCM colleges.Methods According to the study excluded inclusion requirements of selected in June 2019-June 2020,a university of medical students in a total of 90 cases of grade,medical students according to the computer input number random extraction group,among which 45 cases as control group according to the traditional teaching plan to accept teaching,45 cases as experimental group accept four-step teaching method,compare the different ways of traditional Chinese medicine emergency teaching students theory test results,operation assessment results,learning satisfaction,teaching target success rate.Results After different teaching methods,the two groups reached the standard rate of teaching,no statistical significance(P>0.05),the experimental group students’theoretical examination results,operational assessment results and learning satisfaction were higher than the traditional teaching control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of four-step teaching method as teaching method in pediatric emergency teaching in TCM colleges and universities can effectively improve students’mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical operation knowledge,and help students to further improve their mastery of teaching content.
