摘要
目的探讨中医综合护理结合心理护理在神经根型颈椎病护理中的作用。方法纳入66例试验对象,均为医院2021年1月—2021年6月诊治的神经根型颈椎病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组33例实施常规护理模式,观察组33例实施中医综合护理结合心理护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的心理状况评分与疼痛程度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者实施中医综合护理结合心理护理,不仅能有效缓解患者的病症和疼痛,还能改善患者的不良心理状况,有助于促使患者加快康复。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 66 experimental subjectswith cervical radiculopathy diagnosed and treated in the hospitalfrom January 2021 to June 2021 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=33)implemented routine nursing mode,and the observation group(n=33)implemented traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with psychological nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in the scores of psychological status or pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing and psychological nursing for patients with cervical radiculopathy can not only effectively relieve the patients’symptoms and pain,but also improve the patients’bad psychological condition,which is helpful to accelerate the recovery of the patients.
