清热消癜汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗儿童过敏性紫癜对临床症状、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间水平的作用

Effect of Qingre Xiaodian Decoction(清热消癜汤)Combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablets on Clinical Symptoms,PT and APTT of Allergic Purpura Children

目的分析清热消癜汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗儿童过敏性紫癜对临床症状、凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平的作用及临床改善效果。方法本次研究对象共100例,均为2019年12月—2021年6月医院接收的过敏性紫癜患儿。对照组50例醋酸泼尼松治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用清热消癜汤治疗。观测组两组患儿凝血功能差异,临床疗效,症状改善时间。结果观察组患儿的PT、及APTT指标恢复效果更佳(P<0.05);总有效率观察组94%高于对照组80%(P<0.05);观察组患儿各临床症状的好转效果整体优于对照组,且皮疹复发频率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论清热消癜汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床应用中,患儿的腹痛消退时间等得到有效的改善,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qingre Xiaodian Decoction(清热消癜汤)combined with prednisone acetate tablets on clinical symptoms,levels of PT and APTTof children with allergic purpura.Methods A total of 100 patients in this study were all children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura admitted in the hospital from December 2019 to June 2021.50 cases in the control group were treated with prednisone acetate.50 cases in the observation group were treated with Qingre Xiaodian Decoction on the basis of the control group.The differences of coagulation function,clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time between the two groups were observed.Results Children in the observation group had better recovery of PT and APTT(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94%in the observation group and 80%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the clinical symptoms of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the frequency of rash recurrence was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of Qingre Xiaodian Decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of children with allergic purpura,the subsidence time of abdominal pain in children has been effectively relieved,which is worthy of popularization and application.
