近年来,冠心病的发病率上升,房颤作为其常见的并发症,使得伴有心房颤动的冠心病发病率也逐年增加,给患者的生活带来了极大的困扰。而随该疾病发病率的增高,其治疗也自然而然地引起了众多医家的重视。为探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病合并房颤的研究进展,主要对“胸痹”与“心悸”的病因病机进行了总结,并分别整理了中医和西医对冠心病合并房颤的治疗研究进展。

In recent years,the incidence of coronary heart disease is increasing.Atrial fibrillation,as one of the common complications of coronary heart disease,the incidence of coronary heart disease with atrial fibrillation has also been increasing year by year.It has brought great troubles to the lives of patients.With the increasing incidence of the disease,its treatment has naturally aroused the attention of many doctors.In order to discuss the research progress in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation by traditional Chinesemedicine and Western medicine,the thesis summarizedthe etiology and pathogenesis of"chest arthralgia"and"palpitation"and the research progress in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
