摘要 针对我国轧钢厂轧机刚度的人工计算方式与轧机标定过程噪点数据影响的现状,引入基于OPC UA的open62541作为采集数据的通信标准库,同时利用Python强大的数据处理功能对轧机标定过程数据进行降噪处理。在Linux-Ubuntu系统下,基于Qt编程技术开发一种实现对轧机标定过程数据的采集,并调用Python脚本对数据进行小波分析去噪,最后将刚度计算结果保存到MySQL数据库中。实验结果表明该软件可以有效采集轧机标定过程中的数据,对数据去噪具有明显的效果,提高了轧机刚度的计算精度。 In view of the current situation of the manual calculation method of rolling mill stiffness and the influence of noise data in the process of rolling mill calibration in China,open62541 based on OPC UA was introduced as the communication standard library of data acquisition,and the powerful data processing function of Python was used to reduce the noise of rolling mill calibration process data.In Linux-Ubuntu system,based on QT programming technology,a software was developed to collect the data of rolling mill calibration process.Python script was called to denoise the data by wavelet analysis,and finally the stiffness calculation results were saved to MySQL database.The experimental results show that the software can effectively collect the data in the process of rolling mill calibration,has obvious effect on data denoising,and improves the calculation accuracy of rolling mill stiffness.
