Research on BIM Application Fee

BIM技术经过几十年的发展,技术日渐成熟,在我国得到了广泛应用。通过对上海、广东、浙江等省市的BIM技术服务收费标准的分析,论述了当前BIM技术服务取费中存在费用名称、工作内容、工作依据、取费模式等方面不统一,现行BIM技术服务费费用标准不利于促进咨询数字化业务的发展等问题。BIM技术服务的实施成本可以分为开发费、应用费和运行维护费三部分。文章通过对BIM技术服务成本分析,提出了BIM技术服务费应单独取费、应明确取费标准的工程类别和阶段的范围、应明确BIM技术服务费属于工程咨询服务费范畴等一些基本原则。文章阐述了当前工程咨询费取费的三种模式,针对BIM技术服务的特点,分析了BIM技术服务的取费模式与标准,提出推进BIM技术服务取费工作的建议。

After decades of development,BIM technology has become increasingly mature,and it has been widely used in China.Based on the analysis of BIM technical service charging standards in Shanghai,Guangdong,Zhejiang and other provinces and cities in China,this paper discusses the problems that the current BIM technical service charging is not uniform in terms of name,work content,work basis and charging mode,and the current BIM technical service charging standards are not conducive to promoting the development of digital consulting services.The implementation cost of BIM services can be divided into three parts:development cost,application cost and operation and maintenance cost.Based on the analysis of BIM technical service cost,this paper puts forward some basic principles,such as that BIM technical service fee should be charged separately,the project category and stage scope of charging standard should be defined,and BIM technical service fee should belong to the category of engineering consulting service fee.This paper expounds three charging modes of current engineering consulting fees,analyzes the charging modes and standards of BIM technical services according to the characteristics of BIM technical services,and finally puts forward some suggestions on promoting the charging of BIM technical services.
