建筑施工用铝合金模板与木模板的造价经济性分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家大力推广装配式混凝土技术,铝模体系较传统体系在安全、质量成本、工期、文明施工等方面相对于传统木模板都有比较突出的优势,但碍于铝模在短期内所需现金流较大(价值高、一次性投入、需长期分摊)等问题,在现阶段建筑施工中的应用和普及还不高。文章通过对铝合金模板的介绍和其施工工艺、特点,从工程质量、造价和效益等多方面与传统钢、木模板进行对比和分析。通过分析得出:若一个项目单栋建筑超过30层或多栋相同建筑同时施工采用铝合金模板,其成本就能比普通钢、木模板的成本更为节约,同时也能充分发挥铝合金模板施工质量高、工期短、节能环保的优势。可以预见,铝合金模板将会在国内建设工程模板施工中成为主力军。 With the country’s vigorous promotion of prefabricated concrete technology, aluminum formwork system has outstanding advantages over traditional wooden formwork in terms of safety, quality cost, construction period and civilized construction. However, due to the problems of large cash flow(high value, one-time investment and long-term sharing) required by aluminum formwork in the short term, the application and popularization of aluminum formwork in current construction are not high. Through the introduction of aluminum alloy formwork, its construction technology and characteristics, this paper compares and analyzes it with traditional steel and wood formwork from the aspects of engineering quality, cost and benefit.Through the analysis, it is concluded that if a single building of a project exceeds 30 floors or multiple identical buildings are constructed with aluminum alloy formwork at the same time, the cost will be more economical than that of ordinary steel and wood formwork, and the advantages of high construction quality, short construction period, energy saving and environmental protection of aluminum alloy formwork can also be fully exerted. It can be clearly predicted that aluminum alloy formwork will become the main force in formwork construction of domestic construction projects.
