摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是最常见的退行性疾病关节疾病,是老年人慢性疼痛和残疾的主要原因[1]。据估计,全世界有大约2.4亿人患有症状性OA,其中60岁以上老年男性和女性的患病率分别为10%和18%[2]。随着人口老龄化的加剧,其患病率呈现明显的上升趋势。OA是一类高度异质性的疾病,其病因和发病机制尚未揭示清楚,可能是多方面的因素共同作用的结果,目前研究发现OA的发生与性别、年龄、肥胖.
Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common degenerative joint disease and a leading cause of chronic pain and disability in the elderly.The causes of osteoarthritis include aging,joint load,obesity,environment,diet habits and other factors.Trace elements constitute the basic elements of the human body,wgich only account for less than 1/10000 of the total weight of the human body.However,it affects human growth and development,metabolism regulation,material synthesis and decomposition.Among them,selenium(SE)is an essential trace element for human body.It is usually absorbed from the diet through food or other forms of external supplement.Studies have shown that the amount of selenium in the body is closely related to many aspects of the occurrence and development of OA.This paper reviews the research progress of selenium and OA.
