摘要
目前,国内城市公交场站仍以平面建设为主,在立体公交综合车场(以下简称“立体车场”)开发建设方面普遍经验不足。通过系统梳理相关城市立体车场发展经验,归纳了“企业主导、多层立体”“政府主导、多层立体”“企业主导、综合开发”等基本建设模式。结合深圳立体车场规划用地条件和发展实践,提出了三类开发策略,采用经验总结法系统梳理了具有深圳特色的四类建设模式及其适用条件,对用地紧约束城市立体车场建设具有一定参考价值。
At present, domestic public transport stations are dominated by plane construction, generally lacking experience about function-Integrated depot for buses(FID in short). By sorting out all relevant urban development experience, this paper summarizes three fundamental modes of "enterprise-led, Multi-layer three-dimensional", "government-led, Multilayer three-dimensional" and "enterprise-led, comprehensive development". Combined with the planning land conditions and development practice of Shenzhen FID, three kind of development strategies are proposed. The paper concludes the four fundamental modes with Shenzhen feature, and the conditions of application, which could be also applied to the land-lacking urban as the similar project reference.
